Bamboo to hardwood Moso bamboo plantation
Engineered bamboo is
very different from the natural bamboo. Engineered bamboo material is made by
laminating natural bamboo plank together to form a working bamboo lumber which
can be work like wood. Engineered bamboo is harder than oak and stronger than
maple. It can sanded, drilled, cut, exactly like any hard wood, but bamboo is
renewable plant, unlike tree may be up to at least 25 years for a tree to be
mature enough for commercial use, bamboo may take as little as 3 years.
Our engineered bamboo
product should be kept clean with a quality dust mop or vacuum head or water
if dirt is hardened and stick to the surface.
In addition to cleaning with water, it may be necessary to
clean the engineered bamboo product with a good quality wood cleaner such as
Tile Pro-Wood & More or a like item. Do not use: Steel wool, Scouring powder,
or abrasive cleansers on your engineered bamboo product. Multi-Clean Hi Trac
Wood Floor Cleaner & Maintainer is good to remove soil or black heel marks. Do
not use wax to polish.
